SAHMRI is an independent, not-for-profit institute. Our researchers are making real progress, but grant funding is limited and highly competitive.

For early- and mid-career researchers, a single award can decide whether a promising idea goes ahead or stops. It buys them time, stability and the early results they need to win larger grants.

The Discovery Circle turns many individual gifts into one meaningful award. Members meet the researchers, choose the project and follow its progress.
